: I have leg cramps and I'm not sure if it's because of siatic pain or from a vitamin deficiancy. I'm on several medications- Effexor XR, Neurotin, and Accupril. Can any of these cause a problem with muscles? What kind of vitamins would be good for this?

You should definitely be taking a Calcium supplement...this has relieved severe leg cramps for at least 6 people in my family. When you pick a supplement, please do not buy an oyster shell calcium product, or one made from bone meal...these contain mercury and often arsenic, due to the source of the calcium in them. Also, make sure the supplement contains Boron, vitamin D3, and magnesium, which all increase the absorption of the calcium into your system. E-mail, me and I will refer you to my source for a calcium product, which contains all of these substances, and is in a liquid, isotonic form, which your body absorbs with about 85% efficiency. Most pills can only be absorbed with about 20% efficiency.
