I take it and I love it! You just have to learn how to manipulate it. I used to take it and work out at night. What a nightmare I couldn't sleep. Now, I wake up and take it immediately then go work out and don't take anymore the rest of the day. When I crash I sleep like a baby and then back at it the next day. I always stop after about a month or when I start to feel run-down. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet (No Atkins BS) and take a good multi-vitamin. Xenedrine Rules! I have written songs about it.
