I have been hearing all the hype about the ill-effects of Xenadrine and was curious as to whether
there have been any documented cases of health problems associated with taking Xenadrine with
Valerian root or St. John's Wort? I know I have read a few studies indicating St. John's Wort may
trigger mania and also realize ephedra is a stimulant. Any help I can get on this would be much
appreciated. I am taking 2 Xenadrine, 900mg of Valerian, 600mg of St. John's Wort, and a
multivitamin daily. Thanks.
