: I have been hearing all the hype about the ill-effects of Xenadrine and was curious as to whether
: there have been any documented cases of health problems associated with taking Xenadrine with
: Valerian root or St. John's Wort? I know I have read a few studies indicating St. John's Wort may
: trigger mania and also realize ephedra is a stimulant. Any help I can get on this would be much
: appreciated. I am taking 2 Xenadrine, 900mg of Valerian, 600mg of St. John's Wort, and a
: multivitamin daily. Thanks.

Luke, stop taking the Xenadrine now, as in right now. You are mixing a deadly cocktail. If you or anybody in your family has a history of panic/anxiety attacks stop taking the stuff. Esspecially since you are on St Johns Wart. Xenadrine messed me up so bad I am now on zoloft. It triggered me to have my first panic attack a little over a month ago, and they just kept getting worse. It also reactivated some of my ocd that I thought I had under control. If you want to lose weight, just take some extra time out of the day, do some cardio, lifting, and eat the right foods. I now it does not sound to alluring, but it is safe. You can do a good workout routine for your whole life, but you can't take xenadrine that long. It will wreck, esspecially if you are on anything like St johns wort. If you value your sanity, get off xenadrine now. If I had it to do all over again I never would have put that stuff into my system. The quick fix is not the answer, it may make you look good on the outside, but it will wreck your insides.
