: Don't know age, but get plenty of high quality protein( whey isolates are good) take a post workout creatine/glutamine/carb supplement to replenish depleted glycogen levels (Phosphagen HP is good) and make sure to eat enough complex carbs and protein at regular intervals(2-3 hours)
This is really the most crucial point besides training heavily and CORRECTLY and rest. Don't worry about every pill on the market cause most are a waste of money. If you are really serious and your diet is down, check out Methoxyisoflavone and Ipriflavone (MX7 or Iso-dyne). They are great non-hormonal anabolics. If you are over 20, Paradeca is a great androgenic product that will put on solid mass, but don't worry about it if you are a kid. Good luck, hopefully this was helpful. Cody-18
