I need some help here.....

Look-I'm searching for a supplement that will increase muscle size quickly and safely. Creatine has done nothing for me,Universal's Animal-Stak made me feel sick (probably because of the ephedrine), and I'm wary of pro-hormones because of the numerous precautions that are on many of their labels ("Don't take this if you have heart problems, kidney problems, or if you never graduated from Havard with Honors."). I've gotten good results from ZMA in terms of strength and power, but I'm looking for mass. Any suggestions,folks?
