can some one help me i want to take creatine but i'm already taking glutamine and protien and have taken xenadrine and experienced a lot of side effects have you heard of creatine increasing heart rate or panic attacks or depression and how long should i take creatine and is it ok to mix with the other stuff im talking thanks for the help
