: can some one help me i want to take creatine but i'm already taking glutamine and protien and have taken xenadrine and experienced a lot of side effects have you heard of creatine increasing heart rate or panic attacks or depression and how long should i take creatine and is it ok to mix with the other stuff im talking thanks for the help
Whereas Xenadrine has been documented to cause adverse effects-some people who post messages here will testify to that-ceatine has been proven to be a safe supplement for weight-trainers. I've taken it for an extended period of time and have not experienced any problems. I'm not entirely sure if mixing creatine with other powders will have any effect on the creatine or the formulas it's being mixed with, so for the sake of purity, I keep my protein powders and creatine doses seperate.
