Hello, I am a 2 time Olympian in the Pole Vault, I have used Creatine and I think it is good, I have only a few times experienced some minor cramping. But most likely it was due to dehydration not because of creatine. If you are suffering from dehydration you might as well throw all your supplements into the trash. I think you current stack including glutamine and protein is fine and I would continue using it, however without proper hydration its all a waste.
