Hi, i'm 16 and i just found this board. I am in the mists of my winter work out for my season of lacrosse. I need to lose about 15-20 pounds. i'm 5'8 and 165, i'm not fat but i'm not thin either. i want to lose the weight fast and i work out and run alot and eat good. i was wondering if anyone had suggestions of any supplements i could take such as a good type of vitamine or a diet supplement or protien type thing that would boost my energy and help me lose weight faster, and also help me maintain healthy ness. i'm looking for something that will help me but not put myself in major risks. i'm just looking for some good advice (protien shake recipies, any type of advice from elder people who know there stuff) THANX!
