I'm 17, and I work out. I'm thinking about using Protein supplements to help me gain some muscle mass. I've got a few questions I want answered before I go out and get some. 1 - Is protein supplements safe to use over very long periods of time (say, 10 years) ? 2 - How much should I take per day ? 3 - Is it possible to overdose ? 4 - Do some protein powders have creatine in it? If so, will it be labeled ? The last thing I want to take is Creatine..... 5 - Will it really help me gain strength and mass faster than usual ?
