I need help....I have to lose 19 lbs or more (but at least 19) by New Years Eve..which i know is only 21 days away....I take Xenadrine, exercise (aerobic/strength train) for about 1 hour a day, and only eat about once or twice (small meals)....now, i KNOW this isnt exactly healthy, and the weight loss most likely will not be permanant...all I need to know is: is it POSSIBLE to lose 19 or so lbs in only 21 days? please no lectures on health or anything, just tips, advice please. Im gettin married and MUST lose this..please help!! an tips will be appreciated. post here or email Brubber7@aol.com.......thank you all
