First of all, DON'T YELL AT ME LIKE SOME ADOLESCENT because I didn't come here to be disrespected. And second of all, the info I gave on the dangers of ephedrine are based on reliable studies that I've read about in newspapers and magazines. I don't post messages just to 'scare people', so don't waste your time saying so. A recent article-that was posted in the gym I go to, no less-reports that there have been a total of 54 reported ephedra-related deaths as of late. And I experienced side-effects myself too, when I took the AnimalStak combo from Universal Nutrition. About 20 minutes after my workout, I felt dizzy, disoriented,and my heart was racing faster than it had in my life. If you take this drug and get good results, more power to you. But people who are considering drugs like Ripped Fuel and Xenadrine should first read the labels on the bottles. If you have/had any of the symptoms they describe, do not use them. The same folks who made Xenadrine also market a meal-replacement program called Cytoplex that guarantees the same rapid weight-loss results, and I don't recall seeing ephedrine as one of the ingredients on the side of the box.
