atkins is good,go head and do that,but i would take in carbs afer u workout,but dont count those toward your under 30 total,have carbs afer u workout out about 50-60 grams or so,then the rest of the day dont have more than 30,i have heard alot of good things about xenadrine,but their is a supplement called lipokinetix that is better for weight loss,but u will sweat like crazy on it,and it wont give u as much jitters as xenadrine does,some people look at that as a positive,lipokinetix is the most powerful over the counter fat burner
