I just started taking paradeca and was wondering if there's any way of getting around the fact that holding it in your mouth for 4 mins. The stuff is making me gag. Plus does this stuff really work? I take 2ml in the morning before I work out and 2ml before bed. Should I be using the 6ml daily?
