I agree MOST supplements you find in the stores have too many fillers in them to be of any use to the body. I would reccomend getting your supplements from a lab (Douglas Labs is good or Metagenics)to name a few.
The key element you need to remember is that the supplement needs to be broken down in the stomach and intestines for it to be absorbed and utilized by the body. A lot of the K-mart and Wal-mart and GNC, etc.... supplements don't do this and they pass right through.

: no most over the counter supplements do not work,slim fast is just a diet plan,its not realy a supplement,their are alot of better diets than that anyway, i have heard some of the metabolic boosters do work, try adipokinetix or any eca stack
