i dont think so,but im not 100% sure,i dont see how it could dangerous,unless he has a weak heart or cardic problems,but i would not cut calories,alot people(usually females) when they go on those supplements cut calories, i would keep the same calorie intake,never make yourself go hungry,and always drink alot alot of water because when your on rippied fuel u have a higher chance of becomin deyhdrated versus if ur not using an supplement like that,so i would just drink alot of water,and also make sure to take a muitivitamin every day,maybe 2,and calium suppplement,and if u dont eat a fatty fish at least 3 times a week u should u get a essetnail fats supplement ,beacause when people go on crash diets,whether their using supplements or not sometimes they can become defecient in some nutrients especially essential fats, all this is assuming your going on a crash diet,if u are using it for an energy boost u should still do those things but they are not as important as if your trying to lose weight
