: : i'm 16 1/2 and 6 feet tall. I know it sounds stupid wanting to grow more but i do. I haven't grown for 6 months now. Any supplements, or anything that may boost bone growth. Thanks for the previuos reply.Like the guy said, supplements won't do anygood, since biochemically speacking...it's simple food, noting more, nothing less.
As for your growth problem, I had a real one a couple of years ago...I was suppose to be around 5'4''...with growth hormone, I got to 5'8'...I mean real HGH...not the crap you can buy in the store, something that is prescribe and gov't checked (around 700$ a week for treatment).
Anyways, growth can be boosted by sport and exercise and sleep, (hours before midnight).
If I hadn't been a lazy ass prick, I would probably be taller right now.
Be carefull, intense sport and weight lifting can promote bone fusing, stunting growth. But that kind of excercise level must be pretty hard to attain. You should check endocrinology sites or like it was said, to have a bone scan.
Also, people usually grow between 1/2'' and an inch between 17 and 21 (mainly in the backbone).
Hope things grow for you,
I can only wish I was 6 feet tall. When your born at the bottom of the gene pool, your kind of stuck there.Alexandre-H.
