: no there is absouletly nothing, dont buy any products such as growth booster(advertised in slam magizine), just take abaout 3,000 mg or calcim a day,and a muitlvitmain, ,now taking a muiltivitamin and calium wont make u grow, dont expect nothing, but defiences might stunt growth i think so its a good idea to take it anyway
: there is a mes sage board about this stuff on this site.. http://network54.com/Hide/Forum/51093
Absolutelly true...
Human Growth Hormone is the only thing that can help you grow, but it is not a supplement, it is a medical treatment, (not covered by insurances)HGH is given buy injection and cost about 700$ a week for treatment...for generally more than a year of treatment.
It works great...but you can't get it. I went for a targeted height of 5'4'' to 5'8''(well almost)
Excercise is the only way to stimulate growth hormone production by the pituary (hypophyse) gland. If I hadn't been a lazy-assed nerd, I'd probably by taller today.
Sorry for you, you are stuck where will be (genetic predesposition, food no longer being a factor in Occidental contries).
