Every once in a while I experience menstrual bleeding that is heavier, than in normal cycles. I have not yet found the patteren, although I'm quite sure that there is one. Until I do find the patteren, and possibly if necessary after, I need to find an herb or herb combination that will decrease my menstrual flow during these heavy times. I am a healthy 34 year old with no family history of early menopause. I'm open to suggestions, or points in the right direction. I do like to research my herbals, so sources of information are also welcome. Also just to help me that much more anyone answering this for me please in the subject field of the email enter "herbal suggestions" That way when I scan my email I'll know exactly what is there.
