: thanks : Shirley Hi Shirley, it is suppose to be dark purple that means you are in full ketosis. It's good you are in moderate. I always seem to get it to say trace and that's it. how much weight have you lost in 6 days and what are you eating? I keep trying to get it purple but cant do it
