A guy who is working on his masters in biochem told me this--however I think he mentioned one other optional ingredient. I was wondering if anyone can confirm this or have heard similar rumors? I'd be willing to try it off and on. I think it's just supposed to raise the metabolism for a while--which helps of course. Who knows how much, right? :) any info would be appreciated. Thanks all!!! -Raul S. It is called the ECA stack, E=ephedrine, C=caffeine, A=aspirin. Bodybuilders have used this combo for years. There are several diet pills out there that use this, Stacker, Hydroxycut (I think), etc. Alan S.
