Great job Ray. I've been watching your progress on here. Keep doing what you are doing. I have been preaching the low carb way of life on here also. I have read a slew of books that just confirm Atkins low carb philosophy; Protein Power, Diet Evolution, Neanderthin, Dr. Bernsteins Diabetes Solution, Carbohydrate Addicts Diet, The Ketogenic Diet, etc. Alan S.
