I am a 2201b female who is at the end of her rope. My friend gave me a copy of this three day diet so I decided to start on it today. If there is any one out there who can give me some do's and dont's pertaining to this diet I would be very grateful. I just don't want to screw this one up. Also can you please give some samples of what you eat on the four days off. PLEASE!!!!!!
