: : thanks : : Shirley : Hi Shirley, it is suppose to be dark purple that means you are in full ketosis. It's good you are in moderate. I always seem to get it to say trace and that's it. how much weight have you lost in 6 days and what are you eating? I keep trying to get it purple but cant do it
Any change at all is a possitive sign. I lost 95 pounds in 6 months and never got past the pink--don't give up!
