I just have a question, how do you get enough fiber? I have been having "problems" if you know what I mean for the last month and it is getting very frustrating. I know I don't do enough veggies every day, but I am also not doing anything different then the previous months. I exercise at least 5 times per week, and drink about 6-8 glasses of water a day, sometimes less, so I know I need to do better with that. I am seeing the Doctor on Monday to find out why this is going on because I haven't had much of an appetite either lately. Any suggestions on the fiber thing would be great. Thank you!
