: : I just have a question, how do you get enough fiber? I have been having "problems" if you know what I mean for the last month and it is getting very frustrating. I know I don't do enough veggies every day, but I am also not doing anything different then the previous months. I exercise at least 5 times per week, and drink about 6-8 glasses of water a day, sometimes less, so I know I need to do better with that. I am seeing the Doctor on Monday to find out why this is going on because I haven't had much of an appetite either lately. Any suggestions on the fiber thing would be great. Thank you!
: I found a new product at WalMart that works well for me. It's called Fiber Choice and you can get it in a small trial size. It's chewable tablets. Comes SF. I'm not selling it. I just think it works well.
Hi--first of all the appetite loss is normal with the diet and that is good! Next water intake should be increased. I drink a gallon a day. Try it with a twist of lemon . Now the NO GO syndrome is easy to fix--go to any drugstore or discount chain that sells herbs--look for Cascara Sagrada--it is a natural herb found in hospital laxitives. Take one each day and your problem will be over in no time. Welcome to my world of low carbs and no sugar. I have lost 137 pounds as of today. Take care Ray
