I was wondering if anyone has ever had side effects from taking apple cider vinegar. The past couple of days I have been extremely nauseas, severe headache. I just started using this on Mon., today being Sat., symptoms began thurs. Has anyone else had any kind of problem with this, or do I just have a nasty virus? I drink it, am not taking the pills. Thanks for any input!
