Hi liza, i heard great things about Tyrosene. I haven't tried it though, it's quite pricy, but I might try it just to see for myself. I read up a lot about it when I was surfing on the web. Some studies showed that people have lost a lot of weight but they also did regular exercise. There is also another product that works just as well, from my search on the web - which is Diotrex. It might not be a bad idea if I look more into that as well and let you know.
