Just avoid sugar and simple carbs like rice, potatoes, corn, all refined white flour, not much of the orange veg's tho as they ahve more naturl sugar. But the deal is to get the nutrients, too! Not starve yourself..
When I eat high fiber I just swell up and gain even more weight. I was told by a doctor here in Carolinas to go with the Brewers Yeast to stop loose bowls--ITBS can be effectly slowed down by plain old $3.4 7 a bottle over the counter Brewers Yeast tabs--2 or 3 tabs before meals. Weird, but it does not make my stomach swell up,and rumble all day.
