I took Duromine 30mgs for two years through a dr in the UK, and it really works. It's the same as Adipex but that is 37.5mgs. I have no idea about taking it during pregnance but suspect its poss not a good idea - you sometimes get a definite sense of "speeding" a bit. My trouble now is that I can't get it any more - they will only give it to you here in UK if you are "clinically obese" and being 14lbs too much sdoesnt count. Looks like I have to put it all back on before I can lose it again - NOTHING else has ever worked for me
