I agree, Ray.
B complex vitamins are much more important than many of us realize. They are well-balanced in the natural form like in Brewer's yeast (and carob!).
The B's wash out of our bodies every day and most of us don't eat foods that have B, or it is cooked out. It is a delicate vitamin, water soluable, easy to digest, easy to be deficient of, easy to replace daily.
It helped me heal from an incurable staph infection in my bone, even though the doctor's told me I was facing eventual amputation...that was over 20 years ago! I get practically disabled when I quit taking it daily. It is pretty simple and amazing, but few people will take it regularly. Including me! I get tired of taking it, get sick, start again and get well.
Dumb of me to neglect it.
I am glad you shared that.
