I am SO MAD!!! :( Stella, it took a month after I ordered for them to charge my credit card and another month for them to send me my product. Like many others, I did NOT lose any of my weight. I have returned the bottle with instructions to credit my account and have also sent 3 letters to this William Dellevue, President of the company asking for my $50 per pound I did not lose and for the $330 for the 3 pounds I gained. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General in each of the states that they claim to operate out of. Good Luck I hope you have better results than I did.
