Diet ZX. charged me 55.60 w/out permission

supposedly the total was supposed to be 5.95 for a three month supply. These people are scammers.. There phone number gets you nowhere.. you only get to hear the lamest elevator music ever for hours and hours. I never recieved the pills. A friend of mine ordered.. she recieved them.. but they came in a flimsy priority mail package that was barely kept together at the seems.. No instructions for use.. just the poorly packaged pills. For 55.60 for shipping and handeling i would expect them to be boxed and handed to me at the door to be signed for. i havent recieved mine.. I went to my bank and told them the situation.. they credited me my money and sent their insurance company after them to investigate them.. I strongly suggest to all of you who have used your credit card.. to contact your credit card company and have them investigated. They cannot take money from you with out your permission, and definately cannot take your money if you never recieved the product.. good luck everyone.
