-----I didn't see a significant amount of weight loss the 1 month that I used it, but it did give me a HUGE amount of energy! I was pleased with the effects. When my nutritionalist recommended it he did have several warnings to go with it... 1) DO NOT take it after 2pm(or U will be up all nite) 2)it is very important that u take it for 3 days and go off for 4!!! because it makes Ur metabolism work that hard, that u wear out fast w/o realizing it and when Ur metabolism wears out, it has a reverse effect , and u will not lose weight 3) last, follow the directions!... I only took 2 pills b-4 b-fast and 2 b-4 lunch and maybe 1 and 2pm... I sure did have the motivation to exercise, and less appetite!-- good luck
