Hi everyone!

I tried this diet, and it worked great for me. I read it on one of the magazines. Here it is:

Breakfast:
1/2 of grapefruit or 3/4 glass of grapefruit juice
2 strips of bacon cooked anyway you want
2-10 eggs cooked anyway you want.

Lunch:
1/2 of grapefruit or 3/4 glass of grapefruit juice
Meat (any kind you want, cooked anyway you want, and eat it as much as you want)
Salad (as much as you want)

Dinner
1/2 of grapefruit or 3/4 glass of grapefruit juice
Meat (any kind you want, cooked anyway you want, and eat it as much as you want)
Salad (as much as you want)
Vegetables (as much as you want, no white vegetables allowed (I assume it is potatoes).

Bedtime snack:
1 glass of tomato juice OR 1 glass of skim milk.

You follow the same menu for 10 days. For the first 5 days you can experience no weight loss at all, but on the 5th day you can drop up to 5 lbs. Then, on average, you lose 1 lb per day. I did not stay longer than 10 days on this diet.

Remember these things:

* drink 6-8 glasses per day.
* No oil is allowed
* No other food than described above is allowed (ex, no croutons with salad)
* you can have 1 cut of coffee or tea with the meal, but they slow down the burning process. No sugar!
