This is gonna be long - bare with me please!!! I am 24 and about 50-60 pounds over where I want to be. I have always been somewhat overweight, and always convinced myself that I was happy the way I am, and made numerous excuses for losing weight (ie, planning on getting pregnant again, why lose all this weight just to gain it back again). I am VERY large busted, and have recently started experiencing back pain, that I am associating to my size. It has made me realize that I have got to get some of this weight off, not to mention that my husband admitted tonight, that he noticed me really putting on the pounds in my tummy area. My main problems are, I love food and I am seriously addicted to soda (diet, but still). I rarely drink water, drinking a bottle or 2 a day is an accomplishment for me. So....My question for you all is, where is the best way to start?? I have tried the no-carb thing, and went absolutely nuts, I love my carbs. I have thought about trying Metabolife just to help things along. Any suggestions are greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks for listening.
