I have just started trying the diet yesterday. Just this morning I woke up with a flat stomach (well, flatter than usual anyway). But I keep wondering if this diet will truly work for me. Anyone who's ever tried this diet, please e-mail me and tell me if you've lost or gained on this diet. Oh, and are we allowed to eat salted foods? The book doesn't mention it....
