: Has anyone tried this?
I recieved a newspaper article in the mail with my name and a short greeting hand written on it. No return address. The post mark was from Orange county California so I presumed it was from a friend.(WRONG)
I ordered on this presumption. Got the product in the mail along with a diet plan. If you simply followed the enclosed diet plan, which was a typical plan you could get from any doctor, you would not have a need for berry trim plus.
I used the product, did not over eat or cheat and saw no results. A few months later, my husband recieved the same newspaper add and the same type of greeting. Garbage. Don't waste anymore money.
I have been taking Thermoslim for 3 months now and have had slow but consistent results. It helps me to not overeat, not have cravings and feel satisfied between meals. I lost 20 pounds so far. I try not to eat too much sugar as this is the defeat of
any diet. I eat less carbohydrates and have felt better because of it.
I was on the Atkins diet last year, and it really works! I just did not want to be completely carbohydrate free. I have cut down to less than half and sometimes no carbs at all. I feel great. The more carbs and sugar, I eat the more cravings I get. If you have a
big appetite, on the all carb diet, you can eat a whole chicken if you want or a large prime rib steak. But, you will find on the low carb diet your appetite will decrease and you will feel great. It takes some getting used to shopping around our carbohydrate infested
supermarkets. I am doing better by using all of the knowledge I have about dieting and nutrition and with the help of thermo slim, eating what I want which is usually protein and low carb. I have not been excercising although I try and incorporate everyday
activity like walking farther distances and going dancing a little more.
