I have been using this for 3 months along with a low carb,low sugar diet of my choosing and have lost 20 pounds.
These work if you stick with it and eat right. I don't get cravings unless I eat too much sugar or carbs. My appetite
is less and I feel great. I am 40 in Jan.2001. I still need to loose 50 or more pounds. slow weight loss is better.
I eat meat more, some salad but little carbs and bread. I don't excercise.
