I am not the 'herbal mom' but I have some information that might help you. I get migraines, and I have tried apple cider vinegar for them. The vinegar has to be a brand that includes the sediment on the bottom (called the mother). This is the part of the vinegar with most of the benefits. In Canada the brand I found is called "Braggs". Make sure that you only buy the acv with tthe mother - or it won't work... That is the problem with the pills, the mother is not in them. Anyway, the optimal way to take the apple cider vinegar is to take it daily. I sometimes slack off and only take it when I need a migraine treatment. However when my migraine is making me nauseas, I usually don't keep it down. The apple cider vinegar works synergistically (>2x) when used with unproccessed honey. I usually try to take the mixture in the morning, but it tastes better with supper. Take it about 30 minutes before a meal. For weight loss, try to split the portions into three and take it before every meal. Or you can double/triple the recipe. If you don't like the taste, try adding it to salda dressings. Have the apple cider vinegar (shaken with the mother) with a little honey, and add some olive oil and maybe some spices. Just make sure that you get your daily dose. I myself, have to get back on the band wagon, I have been so busy that I haven't been able to think. The daily concoction is below. Good luck.

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (shaken with the mother)
1 tsp unproccessed honey
Add water to taste
