Save yourself a ton of money--I tried this and It is a joke! Just cut down to 20 carbs a day and cut out all sugar. I have lost 20 pounds in three weeks doing this and lots of others are also. Take care and watch out for scheisters that are selling fake products that don't work and cost alot of money! Julia Cossa
