But I don't think that is part of the weight loss. Pretty much, just wasn't too hungry at all while on them. I was broke when I did it, so I only got one bottle and didn't proceed up to level 2.
I have been taking Fat predator for a week and have lost 7 pounds. I still get hungry, but get full quickly on much less food. I have not been watching what I am eating. I only take one pill each day (in the morning after breakfast). I will continue taking it as long as I see results like ai have been. I feel much better too!
