I am not anorexic and I am not boulimic, but I think I have an eating disorder.
I am not fat, but I would like to lose 10 pounds so I could be fit.
The past year and a half, i have been watching what I was eating and exercising almost every day.
I got a new job a couple months ago, and I couldnt exercise as much as I used too... my eating
habits were getting bad... I crave all those food that I did not use to each CHIPS, CHOCOLATE
PIZZA... everything I couldnt eat before. The problem is not that I eat the food, it is that I overeat...
I can eat a bag of chips, a medium pizza... I have to eat the food until there is none! After I eat the
food, I feel guilty, and I look at myself and see all the flabby part of my body and complain about it.
I dont go to the gym as much as i used to go either, but I am getting back to it as much as I can.
WHY do I have to overeat the food all the time? Do I have an eating disorder?
I want to try Dr. Atkins Diet but I am afraid that I am gonna quit after a week and overeat the bad food,
like i am doing now.
Please help me, I really need a hand.

By the way, diet does not work... you will end up gaining more wait after. The key is to exercise, and to
have a proper diet. That I know !
