: according to a bmi caculator, i am a 24, which is within the healthy region of the cart, however, i have a great deal of fat located on my thighs and buttox. i was wondering if anyone of you knew a good way to remedy this with certain exercises or staying away from certain foods. Many Thanks.
Hi, check out my reply to Lena's message below next to where it says 'natural fat loss info'. I hope this helps you out. Remember that spot reduction does not work - exercising one part of the body does not lose fat in that area - you need to take a look at the basic principles of fat loss I have written in my other message. Good luck m8. -:)
