done extreeme lo fat diet to lose weight..?? for example, eating lo-fat cheese sandwich,dry, with lett and tom. and for supper very, very, lean meat veggie and dry baked potato... (an example for a days meal) breakfast is a hunk of bread with jam.. and coffee.. if anyone eats like this(like the french) and is healthy an has lost or is losing weight PLEASE let me know!!! this was a suggestion brought to me by someone. he suggested do it for a week and watch the lbs melt off and my hypothyroidism disappear... any help would be great!! thanx
