Here's something you can all take in conjunction with whatever thermogenic pill you're on, or diet regimen you're following.
Go to the health food store and get these: 1000mg Hydroxycitric acid (Citrimax, Citrin)
L-Carnitine or Acetyl L-carnitine
Calcium Pyruvate Stack all these together and take twice a day. It will help in the uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation. In layman's terms, it will enhance weight loss. Especially if you're exercising regularly. FREE ADVICE. Frank
