Come on, use your "noodle." Why would this force your body to lose? Unless that's all you ate, but then that would constitute "unhealthy" weight loss. Take yourself to the health food store or Wal-mart and buy yourself some protein powder or meal replacements. Start drinking at least two of these in place of breakfast and lunch, and for dinner eat a high protein balanced meal. This will help facilitate weight loss and is relatively painless. Keep taking the fat-burners, you have to be consistent with them for them to work. Your other option is to step outside and start running to lose weight!
