Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows how long it ok to be on these products. I know they are all about the same things. But i lost 25 pounds on xenadrine, and i want to continue, but i dont want to hurt my body doing so. I have been on Xenadrine on and off for about 3 months, and before that i was on it for 2. I take about 3-4 week breaks in between. But i was wondering how safe it is to continue.also, is drinking lots of coffee about equivilant to these products?
