: Has anyone out heard of a program called "Millenium Diet." The ad swears that you'll lose "5, 6, even 7 pounds of fat a day." Is this just another bogus product? It doesn't seem to be a diet, but some kind of pill, and they say you'll lose weight without diet or exercise. Does anyone have any info? Thanks!
Don't waste your time on any product that says you don't have to do anything and you'll lose weight at such a rate. Any program worth it's weight(no pun intended) will tell you that you have to eat right and exercise as well. I found out the hard way and wasted time and money. I have been using a fat loss program made by slimsense and I'm am happy. Their program teaches healthy eating as well as exercise to maximize weight loss. Their web site is Slimsense.com Even if you decide to do it yourself just remember to eat as clean as possible and try to exercise at least three times a week
Good luck I hope this helps.
